    Hello:

I have created a form with just a few fields for now. I want the user to fill in the form fields and then email the data filled in. I have the email working but I don’t know how to get the form fields attached to the mail.

    Please help.

    Thanks,

    Celeste

Octavio and I were just discussing a tutorial that we plan to draft on email forms. We are waiting for the mobione 1.5 release because its forms services are much improved. We will provide a rough guide by the end of the week with a formal tutorial online next week. There is a quirk between mobile safari and the iOS mail client that every developer must understand and accept before developing a mailto form on iOS.

Thank you Wayne and Octavio. I’ve successfully developed my App except for sending the forms via email. I have a meeting next week (Wednesday) with my employer to introduce the simple App I developed and a planning meeting to develop more. We need the interaction of filing in forms for people out in the field to send the data to us.

MobiOne is great except for the one “hurdle”. Thank you for your help and I look forward to getting the new tutorial and then MobiOne 1.5.

    Thanks again,

    Celeste
