Hi,

After downloading the app on an ad hoc basis on my iPod, I notice that the splash screen is correctly displayed for 1 second and then for another second it shrinks to about half the size with a white border around it. After the 1 second of a shrinked splash screen being displayed my apps first interactive screen is displayed.

How do I stop the splash screen from shrinking?

Hi Trushar,

What Mobione version are you running on?
Can you share device version and ios version info?
Also, could you post a small example project that we can test with? We are not familiar with that behavior.

I’m using iOS5 (not 6!!).

MobiOne version is 2.3.1 (20130121).

Is that all the info you need?

Hi trushar100,

Please note that we can not install your .ipa on our devices. We need your project (.mobi files + www folder) to build the app on our side and start to investigate. Also, please include your splash images. Send your project in a zip file to support at genuitec dot com, use title mobione data from trushar100

What size start up screen are you using?

This happened to me when I had the dimensions of the image incorrect. Check your image dimensions.

the screen is 320 by 480.

is that ok??

No, I think it needs to be 768×1004, I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong.
