Access the camera and display images over?

So I am running Mobione 2.6.2 and am new to it and was wondering how to make an app that has a display in the center that takes pictures. But I also need it to be able to randomly select a picture from a list and display it at random intervals with only one at a time. And when the user hits the take picture button it checks one of the pictures that I wanted to be displayed is there. If there is that picture on screen then do this (to be determined later) and if there isn’t display message box with text that I can change.

Sorry if this seems complicated but please help!
