I reported this problem months ago. Yet there is not any response from the MOBI ONE developer. I can’t connect to builder center to build my app. The proxy is OK. I can open this page and write this comment but can’t connect to app center

Sometimes something makes it difficult to connect. It usually resolves itself fairly quickly. I have been building a test app all morning and have not had a problem.

Sorry to hear that you are having troubles with Mobione yet. We have asked you more information and didn’t receive feedback, please share more info about the problem so we can find a solution for it:
What Mobione version are you using? If 2.5 please specify Cordova version.
Are you behind a firewall?
Do you get any error message? Could you share it please? A screenshot or two would be very helpful.
Can you share your log file to investigate? It’s located at <user-home>/.mobione/runtime/.metadata/.log
Are you able to open app center url? Try opening http://mobioneappcenter2.appspot.com/ in your browser, you should see a message: “Error: NOT_FOUND”thank you so much for support.
I checked my firewall. I had allowed in public not private network. I checked both, then it started working.
I am using mobione 6.1
Codova 2.9
with regard to the link, yes it gives the error message you posted here.thank you once again. Now it is working, after firewall change
