We're happy to have you come here, but this is an Eclipse Update Site, and you'll find it a lot more interesting if you copy the URL into the Install New Software... option under the Help menu inside your Eclipse IDE!
Go to the Help menu and select Install New Software.
Paste the URL into the Work With field, select software to download and continue with the normal installation.
