Speed up Eclipse
Make Eclipse so much faster with CodeMix—even when installed on top of JBoss or Spring Tool Suite.
It’s kinda funny. At first I was “$30 for what should be free software – no way” but now I would pay more.
Why wait?
So much for so little!
CodeMix seems to give me all these features for things Eclipse doesn’t do well (TypeScript, HTML, Sass, XML, etc.). I think the integration of VS Code into Eclipse is a brilliant move, and well worth the price for a yearly subscription!
Explore CodeMix Features
With the CodeMix plugin for Eclipse, you can enjoy all the enterprise tooling you depend on, like Java and Spring, plus access to all those cool web languages and exciting new technologies you’ve been wanting to try. In addition, CodeMix includes features like Terminal+ & CodeLive with Live Preview.
CodeMix is compatible with Eclipse-based IDEs and tools—like MyEclipse (prior to version 2021.5.24, which now bases its editors on Language Server technology), Spring Tools Suite, and JBoss Tools—so you can continue working in the environment you are accustomed to. CodeMix is also included in our popular standalone Angular IDE.
All the Latest Tech
JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue, React, Angular & more! CodeMix delivers built-in VS Code IntelliSense with the option for a richer experience via Code OSS extensions! Add code snippets and Emmet to the mix and coding is practically done for you!

Navigation Tools Speed Workflow
The command palette lets you do most actions with the keyboard, from navigating files to advanced editing, to running builds. Code Mining & Find References are great aids for viewing and navigating references and implementations in your code. Other favorites include the ability to see and jump to symbol declarations inline, code folding, plus in-editor breadcrumb navigation.
Take Eclipse to the Next Level
Extension packs for a variety of popular languages and frameworks make it simple to add productivity enhancements, advanced validation, quick fixes, and robust debugging. Or, choose your own extensions from thousands available on GitHub. Live Preview lets you see your changes right beside your code. If you prefer external tools for building and validation, you’ll love how easy it is with build pipelines.

HTML5 without CodeMix
HTML5 with CodeMix
My last IDE comparison was Eclipse powered by CodeMix vs IntelliJ IDEA. There are “like to have” features in IDEA but with CodeMix was “love at first sight”.
Needless to say, thank you guys for this exquisite product!
…CodeMix, has been invaluable for me. It allows me to concentrate on the task without the impedance of changing development tools just to support different technologies. From excellent Angular support to HTML live previews, it’s a one-stop-shop solution for every web development need at every layer of the stack.

I’m a long time Eclipse user, mainly for Java projects. Occasionally our projects require components written in other languages and frameworks such as Python and Vue alongside Java. CodeMix has made life a lot easier with its support for multiple languages and rich features such as syntax coloring, IntelliSense, validation, debugging, code navigation, etc., all seamlessly integrated into the Eclipse UI. I’d strongly recommend it.
