Hi,

I was pleased to be informed by MyEclipse when starting it up this morning that an update to 3.8.4 was available.

The upgrade seemed to go smoothly, and i was asked to restart Eclipse. Everything looked normal until I went to use the Run menu to launch some applications. They have all gone!

So before I go off any try and remember everything I had and try to add them again – is there anything I can do to recover them? I take it this shouldnt have happened?

Scratch that – i rebooted and they all re-appeared. Weird.

I also found the 3.8.4 update, although on the site there is nothing available to see what’s new… Any info ?

TIP: Restarting MyEclipse with -clean after an update is your friend.

Again the right problem markers show a lot of red and yellow even if the document is OK. I hoped…argl.

Again constructs like

if (thema == -1) {
%> <option value=””></option>
<%
}
%>

give me an ‘Empty blocks should be documented’ and so on.
Would like to attach images here, but dont see how.

I will see further, thx a lot for the beta for 3.1. (for me that are all betas anyway 😉

Hmmm…3.1M4 with 3.8.4beta havnt this problem above (only wrong line number for problem markers), it really looks this time like i was waiting for month…strange.

Will make clean install, update and eclipse -clean wasnt good enough eventually.

This is odd, do you have this setting turned on in your compiler settings for this project (or globally?)
