The announcement says if you have updated or downloaded the files after Feb 3, then you do not need the QF, however the download file (at least for windows) for 3.8.4 still is dated Jan 29th…

Do you mean in the download section where it says the 27th of Jan? That is just the day the file was added to the system, we updated the actual files already.If you are referring to a timestamp on the file itself on your computer, that is just the day you downloading it…. am I missing something?
