Yes you can. Users have been able to run MyEclipse successfully with 64 bit linux in the past. Make sure you setup the version of Eclipse that is compatible with 64 bit Linux and setup MyEclipse along with it.

I does not work with pulse installer.

Can you give me a guide on how to do it?

This is what you need to do:-
    1. You will have to go to http://www.eclipse.org/ and grab the Eclispe 3.3 Classic version. Make sure you grab the classic version that is compatible with 64 bit Linux. Use the installed to setup Eclipse 3.3.

    2. Now go to the MyEclipse download page and grab MyEclipse 6.5 GA Archive installer.

    3. Launch Eclipse and go to Help > Software Updates > Find and Install > Search for new feature to Install > New local site and point it to the MyEclipse Archive installer. Follow the wizard to setup MyEclipse.

Do you have any idea hoy difficult is to find an older release of Eclipse from it main site? “Is almost as if I said to you, go to sourceforge.net and download release x.y from Z package. Be sure to download MMM compatible.”
I know is not much what you are charging for license, but I must say that this is one of the worst payed support’s I’ve seen, and I have customer support from several other companies, open source based or tradicional commercial software.
I thought buying support will make me develop faster or better say, solve problems of configurations and tool’s stuff, now I realize it takes me at least 3 posts to know what version should I try, and I still don’t have the link for the Archive Installer.

    jaguarpy,

There was a lack of communication in this thread so far that should have been made upfront: MyEclipse is not officially tested or supported on 64-bit Linux at this time, however, there are a handful of users that report back that they are using it without any hickups, so the word on the street is that it should work fine.

Given that, there is no 64-bit Pulse-optimized MyEclipse installer, but you can still use Pulse, you just have to make sure to grab the 64-bit experimental build of Pulse for Linux here:
    http://www.poweredbypulse.com/getit.php?dl=pulse2-linux-gtk-x86_64.tgz

Once you’ve grabbed that, you can find MyEclipse 6.5 in the Europa catalog inside Pulse and MyEclipse 7.0M1 in the Ganymede catalog, you can run in Anonymous mode if you *just* want to run MyEclipse and don’t want to create a Pulse account, or you can register really quick (Email and Password only needed) and then you’ll be able to augment your MyEclipse profile with any contents from the software catalog (like adding Subversion support, etc… pretty much anything from EPIC is in there).

I hope that clears the air a bit, and again, sorry for the hickup in communication at the beginning.

It is indeed not an easy task. If you didn’t find it already, this is the direct URL: http://archive.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/R-3.3.1-200709211145/index.php
