When I saw on the feature list the ER diagram tool — I thought of something rather different. Instead of a read only reverse-engineered ER diagram, I was thinking it was a forward-engineer ERD designer. Now that would be nice. Just design your database, then have the ERD create the SQL needed to create all the db objects in the preferred db dialect. Of course, there is a reason why ERWin costs major $$$. 😀
We appreciate your interest; something like this is on the cards, however it hasn’t been prioritized or brought to our development timeline yet.

That would be great! You could even put this feature in the Pro version. Honestly, there isn’t a lot the PRO version gives you besides the UML diagramming. You could put the more advanced stuff like a fully featured ERD in the pro version and make the upgrade a no-brainer.
