Hello there,

Copilot has a feature called code referencing. When a suggestion contains public code, it is logged as shown in the screenshot. Is there a way to access these logs in Copilot4Eclipse? I see that the plugin offers the LSP-Logs, but these seem too not contain the logs about code-referencing.

Hi Philipp,

Good to hear from you. Copilot4Eclipse does not yet support this feature. But know that it is very high on our list of priorities and will get serious attention soon.

I have one more question: In VSCode, a notification appears when a code reference is found. Are you planning to implement a similar notification feature, or will you only log these events for now? Thanks!

The UX details are not worked out yet. We will work to provide the most effective notification means yet not break up the dev flow.
