I see that there is support for the Google Map API in DEVELOPER PREVIEW VERSION: 2.5 – MILESTONE 1 (sorry about the CAPs – copied it from your webpage)

However there is a lot more geocoding that a developer can perform with MapQuest than Google. MapQuest say they have come out with their mobile API.
