Hello,

My Android device won’t show up, but iPhone 5 will. I had it working on Windows 7, but I cannot get it working on Windows 10.

– GapDebug 2.4.0
– HTC One M8 Android 5.0.1
– Windows 10 Enterprise
– Enabled Developer USB Debugging

Any ideas?

Some thoughts:
1) check that the proper android USB driver(s) is installed. You may need the oem driver.

once that is confirmed then
2) if you have the android sdk installed with the device connected via usb cable try using adb to view the device

3) if unable to see the device using adb then make sure the device is not connected as a media device. See this topic http://stackoverflow.com/questions/21170392/android-device-does-not-show-up-in-adb-list
