Hello,

I got a problem. I got a javascript code to open a webpage based on the value of the text box.
When i open the weblink mobione gave me after the publish and tries it in the browser everything works. I get a message saying: “This site is attempting to open a pop-up window” *Block* *Allow*. when i click block it blocks it and when i click allow it sends me to the correct site.
But now the issue i have:
When i add it to Home Screen, and try the same thing the message keep comming: “Can not complete this action Please disable the “block Pop-ups”setting for your browser and try again”

I disabled the “block Pop-ups” but it doesnt work.. only in the browser itself.

Is this a bug or is there an error in the javascript code ?
What do i have to do to make the javascript code non pop up or something?

What version of ios and device are you testing on?

I ran your example on an iphone5 launched from the home screen. It returned a 404 since I did not know a valid student id. We worked around some crazy iOS issues for this very problem a while back. I don’t have the details yet. Will sync with the dev team to get our collective smarts on this problem.

PS – thanks for the good description and example data. It’s refreshing to have a good start on a problem.
