    Like the title said.

In 4.1 when I open “something.sql” file and connect to a database using “MyEclipse Database Explorer”
I am able to execute statements in the file.

I am trying to switch to Eclipse 3.2 so have to use MyEclipse 5.0 (currently M2).

One clue I can see is a different icon with is displayed for .sql files.

I have installed all the “Callisto” packages – some are DB related.

May be I just need to configure it somewhere to link .sql files with “MyEclipse” db functionality?

    Hi,

You have datatools sql editor set to default, probably

You can change to MyEclipse sqleditor with :

    Windows-Preferences-General-Editors-File Associations

find *.sql and set MyEclipse sql editor to default

You can open non-default editor with right click on file and ‘Open with’

    Best regards

Thank you very much for the prompt reply.
    this:
    Windows-Preferences-General-Editors-File Associations
is exactly what I was looking for but could not find.

    Thanks again.
