I installed ME4S cleanly to a new location then installed the Blackberry plugin. The JRE appeared in both the list of installed JREs in the eclipse preferences and in the pull-down for selecting a JRE when creating either a new Blackberry project or a new Java project. I did this for each of a 64 bit install and a 32 bit install of ME4S. There were problems related to apparently missing DLLs when using the 64 bit ME4S but not the 32 bit.
I’m not sure what else to try to replicate your problem. It is strange that you don’t have Eclipse Marketplace in your Help menu (which might be related to your problem) but did you try the eclipse classic update as I mentioned in a previous post?
By the way, Marketplace Client can be added from the Configuration Center – just search for it on the Software tab.
