Hallo,
I am trying to debug an app on my iOS simulator.
But instead of all the debug controlls I get only “Not found”.In chrome console I got this error:
GET http://localhost:8080/webinspector/ios/Main.html?ws=localhost:8080/devtools/page/8bb544301662215036e3487dab66cdf7&protocol=8.0 404 (Not Found)
On Android device it is working fine.
I am using:
GapDebug: 1.3
Chrome: 43.0.2357.130 (64-bit)
xCode: 6.4
iOS sim: iPad-Air 8.4Mac:
OS X: Yosemite 10.10.4
My file system is case-sensitive and encrypted
support-vadimParticipantHi Har-ry
Does the debugging work for you on real iOS devices?
Also, could you please try to change communication port in GD settings and re-try your debugging scenario?Regards,
Vadim Ridosh
har-ryParticipantHi Vadim,
Thanks for your reply.
The debugging does not work on ios simulator and device.
In both cases the same behaviour.I am able to debug in Safari, but not in Chrome with GapDebug.
Changing the port in GD has no effect.
Regards,
HarryPS: could the case-sensitive file system on my Mac cause the problem? I did yesterday a fresh OS install and changed the file system to case-sensitive. I already noticed that some application have trouble with this.

support-vadimParticipantHi Har-ry
You’re right, case-sensitive file system is really a thing that causes the problem. We will fix this in the next GD release.
Thanks for your help with understanding the issue.
Regards,
Vadim Ridosh
har-ryParticipantChanging the file system to non-case-sensitive (new os installation) solved the problem.
support-michaelKeymasterThanks for the update. A fix was checked in today and will be in the next update (coming soon).
