I am trying to install MyEclipse EnterpriseWorkbenchInstaller_4.1.1GA_E3.1.exe on my Windows 2003 server with JDK 1.5. I get the following error and it does not allow me to install. Any suggestions are welcomed:

The instructin at “0x00421cb0” has reference memory at “0x00000000”.
The memory could not be “written”.
Click OK to terminate the program.
Click on CANCEL to debug the program.

Earlier I was using MyEclipse 4.0 and it was running file. I uninstalled it before trying to install MyEclipse 4.1 and now I am stuck without any myeclipse version running on my machine.

We appologize for this inconvenience. Please download and use the Manual Installer from the download section for the time being to work around the limitations in the current installers. We worked hard to get them updated for the 5.0 release as they were vastly outdated and led to problems like you are seeing.

The latest version of MyEclipse 5.0 Milestone 1 includes many updates to the automated installer. Hopefully the updated installer will work better on your platform.
