[Closed] Error while starting the weblogic from myeclipse

    I am Getting below error while I am trying to start the Weblogic server 8.1 from MyEclipse

    No config.xml was found.
    Would you like the server to create a default configuration and boot? (y/n): y

    What happens when you run WebLogic from the command line?

    weblogic runs well from command line. But when I connect the weblogic from

    MyEclipse –> windows –> Preference –> Myeclipse –> Application Server

    I am getting the error as mentioned below.

    Admin User : System
    Admin password: password
    Execution Domain Name: mydomain
    Execution Server Name : myserver
    HostName:PortNumber : localhost:7001
    Security Policy file: C:\bea\weblogic81\server\lib\weblogic.policy

    Can I have my own admin user and password ?

    Now I am getting the below error, console is not wating for the password to ne entered

    I asked another developer about this and he said it looks like you didn’t create your domain correctly using the weblogic administration tool. Try running the configuration wizard and creating the domain.

    Other than that you stumped him as well.

    Hi Thanks for the prompt reply.

    Though I created domain using the configuration wizard. I was not able run the weblogic server.

    Do i need to run the weblogic admin server from CMD line and strat using the Myeclipse ?

    Hi,
    I’m also getting the following error when I try to start Weblogic 8.1 server from MyEclipse.
    I went through the related posts and tried out all the posted solutions. Still it doesn’t work.
    Somebody please help me solve this issue…!!

    Weblogic runs well from command prompt. Problem arises only whei I try to start Weblogic from Eclipse.
