EpiKgohanMemberno no no, i have just one project, i checked again, and when i comment <services> in services.xml i don’t have any errors :s
EpiKgohanMemberHow do i sent you my project ??
Riyad KallaMemberFile > Export > Archive, then email to support@genuitec.com ATTN Riyad and I’ll have a look
EpiKgohanMembermail sent ^^
Riyad KallaMemberOk got the project and imported it… right off the bat I got a build-path error cause of the missing /work dir, so I removed it from the Source dir listings.
Then I got an error that the web.xml file is malformed and it is, it should look like this:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <web-app xmlns="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" version="2.5" xsi:schemaLocation="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee/web-app_2_5.xsd"> <display-name>YakaRouf</display-name> <!-- Standard Action Servlet Configuration (with debugging) --> <session-config> <session-timeout>60</session-timeout> </session-config> <servlet> <servlet-name>XFireServlet</servlet-name> <servlet-class> org.codehaus.xfire.transport.http.XFireConfigurableServlet </servlet-class> <load-on-startup>0</load-on-startup> </servlet> <servlet> <servlet-name>action</servlet-name> <servlet-class> org.apache.struts.action.ActionServlet </servlet-class> <init-param> <param-name>config</param-name> <param-value>/WEB-INF/struts-config.xml</param-value> </init-param> <init-param> <param-name>debug</param-name> <param-value>3</param-value> </init-param> <init-param> <param-name>detail</param-name> <param-value>3</param-value> </init-param> <load-on-startup>0</load-on-startup> </servlet> <servlet> <servlet-name>DisplayChart</servlet-name> <servlet-class> org.jfree.chart.servlet.DisplayChart </servlet-class> </servlet> <servlet-mapping> <servlet-name>XFireServlet</servlet-name> <url-pattern>/services/*</url-pattern> </servlet-mapping> <servlet-mapping> <servlet-name>action</servlet-name> <url-pattern>*.do</url-pattern> </servlet-mapping> <servlet-mapping> <servlet-name>DisplayChart</servlet-name> <url-pattern>/servlet/DisplayChart</url-pattern> </servlet-mapping> <welcome-file-list> <welcome-file>index.jsp</welcome-file> </welcome-file-list> <!-- Struts Tag Library Descriptors --> <jsp-config> <taglib> <taglib-uri>/tags/struts-bean</taglib-uri> <taglib-location>/WEB-INF/struts-bean.tld</taglib-location> </taglib> <taglib> <taglib-uri>/tags/struts-html</taglib-uri> <taglib-location>/WEB-INF/struts-html.tld</taglib-location> </taglib> <taglib> <taglib-uri>/tags/struts-logic</taglib-uri> <taglib-location>/WEB-INF/struts-logic.tld</taglib-location> </taglib> <taglib> <taglib-uri>/tags/struts-nested</taglib-uri> <taglib-location> /WEB-INF/struts-nested.tld </taglib-location> </taglib> <taglib> <taglib-uri>/tags/struts-tiles</taglib-uri> <taglib-location>/WEB-INF/tiles.tld</taglib-location> </taglib> <taglib> <taglib-uri>/WEB-INF/rssutils.tld</taglib-uri> <taglib-location>/WEB-INF/rssutils.tld</taglib-location> </taglib> <taglib> <taglib-uri>smproject.tld</taglib-uri> <taglib-location>/WEB-INF/smproject.tld</taglib-location> </taglib> </jsp-config> </web-app>
Please try that web.xml file instead and shut down Tomcat, redeploy your project and restart Tomcat and see if it works. NOTE: You have to wrap your taglibs in jsp-config tags.
EpiKgohanMemberI still have the error :/
Riyad KallaMemberI’m sorry to say it but I think something is wrong with your app server setup. I just deployed your project to Tomcat 6.0.13 and connected to it with:
http://localhost:8080/YakaRouf/and see the login page just fine.
EpiKgohanMemberyes, but uncomment things in Webservices/services.xml, and you’ll have the error…
Riyad KallaMemberAfter further digging, your build path needs a good-once over. You have a lot of JARs in there that shouldn’t be there, are duplicates of eachother, etc.
*this* particular problem is due to the fact that you packaged GCJ-XML parsing libraries in your build path. Remove gnujaxp.jar from your build path and erase it from WEB-INF/lib and redeploy, things will work fine then.
EpiKgohanMembernow i have an other problem :

EpiKgohanMemberI re-cleaned my project and redeployed again, and now it works fine 😀
Thank you very much for your time and your help.
