i use myeclipse 3.81+qf20040825 ,and use eclipse 3.0 release,but when i use ctrl+shift+f to format my jsp code , it doesn’t work.why?who can tell me the reason?

We had to disable the code formatter because it was mangling valid code. We will fix it up soon and reenable it, but the complexity of it is big enough that I can’t promise anything in a “quick fix” it will likely be reincluded with the 3.8.2 or later release depending on what else we need to get done before those releases.

Sorry for the trouble, we know that code formatters are important to keep code bases in good shape.

i can understand what you say,a good editor with code format and valid is a hard work, i wish i can use it very soon
