I am using the codemix typescript plugin for eclipse, obtained through the eclipse marketplace.
It has been working fine for me and I have purchased an annual license. However, an update maybe a few weeks or a month ago changed the behavior for the worse. Now, when I go outside eclipse to run a build that modifies files within an eclipse project, I often see the codemix engine helper running at 100% of CPU shortly afterwards, after which lots of codemix capabilities are degraded unless I restart eclipse or kill the helper process. My impression is that codemix tries to track filesystem changes and, when these are happening at a rapid rate, it becomes confused.
I looked for ways to turn this file-watching behavior off but I cannot find an option to do it. Also, I think this must be a bug because it didn’t used to happen and I wonder if it is known and if there is a fix in the pipeline.
