    Sorry that you are seeing problems with CodeMix.

    Can you please share with us the STS version details along with the workspace log file to help us investigate further? For the workspace log, please click on the icon for ‘Export Log’ in the Error Log view and send the file.

    I buy a personal licence of codemix but on spring tools always show connection error so i cant use, help

    jroussell,

    We do need an active Internet connection to be able to validate your account. Is your machine offline, or behind a firewall or proxy? If the latter, can you please set up the proxy as described here? https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/configuring-the-network-proxy-settings/

    If you’re still experiencing issues, please send us your entire error log which you can find at [workspace_location]/.metadata/.log. If it is difficult to get online, we can also look into converting your license to a key/code form that will be easier to activate in such situations.
