Can you please share with us the STS version details along with the workspace log file to help us investigate further? For the workspace log, please click on the icon for ‘Export Log’ in the Error Log view and send the file.
If you’re still experiencing issues, please send us your entire error log which you can find at [workspace_location]/.metadata/.log. If it is difficult to get online, we can also look into converting your license to a key/code form that will be easier to activate in such situations.
