Thank you for the details and the screenshots. It looks like the settings.xml is not present in the path.
If you are behind a proxy, then please create the settings.xml (refer to my previous responses on this post) at the specified path.
I suggest you cross post to Eclipse or development related forums like stackoverflow.com for further support as it is Eclipse + Maven issue.–Swapna
