Hey guys,

I’m about to write an mobile app (primarily iPhone) that needs to be able to take credit cards (via the credit card swiper) and was wondering if you can confirm this is possible using MobiOne.

Has anybody done this before? Any tips and links would be great… I’d hate to have to develop native code.

Don’t want to rush you guys but I have to make a decision.

I would like to develop my app using MobiOne, but I need a credit card slider integration or it won’t work.

Octavio,

You guys should open up to let users develop phonegap plugins within mobione, instead of just one feature enhancement. That would let users like this one develop their own plugin for phonegap using the mobione platform. Having the ability of using headers and includes for iPhone would create an even bigger traction for innovative solutions in Mobione.

We are already working on the mechanisms to accept plugins as part of your native app project. We know there is no way that we can support all plugins ourselves and we expect the cordova project plugin list to grow dramatically. So we want to support your ability to include your own plugins into the build workflow.
