Hi MyEclipse Community,

I am attempting to a database exploration (using the MyEclipse Database Explorer)
on a DB2 database.

I can create a database connection, however, when I click (to expand) the
connection in an attempt to view my database tables, nothing happens.
That is, the the database is not expanded.

I believe this is a MyEclipse DB2 issue from my investigation, but many of
the past post are outdated (2005/2006) I was wondering if anyone had
experience recently on how to resolve the issue?

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to close this post as I came across my solution today and tested ot
with success.

So, my issue was the driver I selected. DB2 has two main drivers (both required)
namely (db2jcc.jar and db2jcc_license_cu.jar).

The issue I was having was resolved whenm instead of using the db2jcc.jar
I replaced it with the db2jcc4.jar.

I have no furrther details, as db2jcc4.jar is all that was needed.
