Debugging of XHTML files is currently not supported by MyEclipse right now I believe this is why the debugging might be failing.Can you post your system information from MyEclipse > INstallation Summary > Installation Details here so we can see it?
Also can you walk me through the steps to reproduce the JS Console exception? Are you just stopping at any breakpoint in JS, switching to console and it fails?
