How can i deploy my application to TOMCAT 5 .from My eclipse IDE 5.1 ..Is it possible thta i can deploy my app without using ANT.

Certainly. You need to make sure that your have your application properly laid out in a Web Project, then all deploying and management of Tomcat can be done from within MyEclipse. This is all shown in detail here:
