Is it possible to designate which editor to open JSP files with or disable the Designer? I don’t prefer to use it and instead of having to do Open With on each file, I want to be able to just open the file using the classic editor.

I would think that there would be an option in the Editors as to which one to use, but I don’t see it. If this is not currently available, it would be very helpful.

Thanks, and keep up the nice work!

You can change the mappings under Window > Prefs > Workbench > Cointent Types and then modify your associations there. in Eclipse 3.0 you can do the same except not under Content Types, you do it under File Associations.

Thanks. I found what I needed in 4.0 M3 under
Windows > Preferences > General > Editors > File Associations
