Any ideas how to configure the emacsemail client, cant seem to find a config screen for the pop settings?

or a better alternative for email via eclipse?

I am afraid it is not clear from your post on what the concern is.

Did you install a related plugin for Email client in MyEclipse and looking for support ? If yes then I suggest you post it to the support site of the plugin to get help with preferences.

If the issue is different then please elaborate on what exactly you need support for.
