Emails to info / sales @genuitec.com are rejected.
MY emails to info@genuitec.com and sales@genuitec.com are being rejected for a reason that i don’t know. The real reason I’m trying to access the genuitec staff is that our company wants to make a licence renewal request for MyEclipse IDE but we can’t login our account since we have forgot our password. When we try to reset password we don’t recieve any email although we see the message that the reset link has been sent to us.
Please help ASAP for password renewal & licence renewal.
