I am having this problem still
where is SDK 19? or how to fix this issue

You can type andriod on the command line , it open Android SDK manager. Please install Android 4.4.2 (API 19) SDK platform and Build tools version 19. Once these pacakges are installed , this error should be resolved.

Removed SDK API 20, and it works.
However, MyEclipse reflect red on all Cordova .js files on first line

The .js file validation can be ignored, we are working on it. For now you could remove the .js file from validation to avoid these errors.

You could keep both Andoird sdk 20 and 19.

you mean delete the file or configure/remove the js validation in MyEclipse?

I have attached the preferences screen shot to disable JavaScript files validation. You can uncheck the Javascript file validation for Build.
