    Getting an error when trying to upgrade MyEclipse to 2023.1.1

    Error:
    An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
    — error: session context was:(profile=com.genuitec.delivery.package.profile.2915-Enr-0574, phase=com.genuitec.pulse.client.deliverypackage.runtime.p2.DeliveryCollect, operand=, action=).
    — error: Artifact not found: osgi.bundle,com.genuitec.pulse.client.delivery.package.runtime,5.8.5.v202306051220.

    MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench
    Version: 2022.1.0
    Build id: 16.0.0-20220324

    Hi,

    Sorry that you are seeing this issue with the update. In a few cases, updating can sometimes be problematic due to additional software installed or components that have been added / removed from the installation.

    The most expedient way to fix this is to install 2023.1.2 with the offline installer to a different location alongside your existing MyEclipse 2022 installation. You can point 2023 to the same workspace so your settings will be maintained, but you will need to re-install any plugins you may have added to 2022. You can uninstall MyEclipse 2022 once the MyEclipse 2023 is configured.

    I downloaded offline installer and it allowed me to update existing install to the new version and worked perfectly!
