Hi,

I have installed MyEclipse 8.5 version and when I am trying to debug the code which is extented the thread, I am getting ‘Exception processing async thread queue’ error on the IDE. which is a JDI thread evaluation..

Please point me in the right direction to resolve this issue. Any help/input is greatly appreciated.

Jyothi,

This is an issue with JDT/Debug in wtp. Please refer – https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?format=multiple&id=279466
I would recommend you upgrade to ME 8.6 and give it a shot. You can do the following –
1. Open MyEclipse IDE, from menu options click on Help > MyEclipse Configuration Center
2. Select Dashboard tab. Add the software updates available under “Updates Available”
3. Follow the wizard and restart the IDE.
4. Perform clean. Refer – https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/troubleshoot-using-the-clean-command-line-argument/
