The codemix extension is not able to validate my license. Getting a “server returned a 403 error”.

Tried to uninstall and reinstall but nothing seems to work.

Sorry that you are seeing this issue.

Are you behind a firewall or proxy? If yes, then did you configure the settings in the IDE here : Window > Preferences > General > Network Connections? Here is the FAQ which details how to configure network proxy : https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/configuring-the-network-proxy-settings/

Please share with us the .log file located at workspace dir/.metadata/.log to help us get the complete error details. Rename the extension to .txt and attach it here.

Issue is resolved via Live Chat. CodeMix was disabled and hence the license was not being applied.
