    Goldblatt,

Please refer to Eugene’s reply in this post – https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/genuiteccoreexception-cannot-connect-to-vm/ Your issues seem to be Snow Leopard specific. We are currently researching this at our end. Can you do a favor and copy and paste – pulse.handshake.id from pulse2.properties file located here ~\Genuitec\Common\configuration\pulse2.properties or look for ~pulse2.properties. This will help me do a reverse look up on our servers for logged errors.
We appreciate your patience while we track down the issue.

    Inconvinience caused is sincerely regretted.

Here is the line from pulse2.properties you asked for:

    Goldblatt,
This looks like a non-issue because there is a message in you log file about an artifact.xml file. This is likely quite normal and not a problem for concern if you have no other symptoms. Could you please explain the real problem that you are facing? What errors are you seeing in the functionality of the software?
