    I have tried for 2 weeks now to get contact to you guys…
    but i get mail back un delivered…

    i tried mail:’info@genuitec.com’
    and mailto:’sales@genuitec.com

    but get them back….

    my problem is i have lost my key/email with the key and then i try use the lost key function i do not get a new one tried meny times now…
    so i tried email you guys for support but no luck there too. cant send you an email….

    so please help me somehow.. :'( have an brilliant idea for an app and finally time for making it but can’t without my key

    Sorry to hear that email communications is problematic. Not to get side tracked too much but can you share one of the bounced replies you received? It should include somewhere in the record the point in which failed to be delivered and the reason. Please attach it to this thread if possible (you may have to rename the file with an extension such as txt).

    If you know the email you registered please post it here spelled out, e.g., (wayne at genuitec dot com). Once we get it we will look it up your mobione license key and email it. We will also remove your email from this msg.

    my mail is (removed mail) i have checked the mail and zip was right in your recipe checker, that atleast worked =) but no code there.
    so can see i buyed on your sale long time ago with your webinar.

    pls email my key and fix your email so other can get in touch with you guys =)

    looking forward to use it again

    Hi Martin,

    I sent your license info to you a few mins ago. Please let us know if you have not received it in the next hour.

    Also I think Nov 1 our site was hit with an outage for a couple of hours. Regardless apologies for inability to access your license details before now. Will investigate and see what I can learn.

    i tried send next mail 1 week after to info@….
    since you havent replyed that too i guess you didnt get that too
