I deploy to a WAS 7 server and I test the apps. Then I close down ME and WAS and come back the next day. Before starting I refresh workspace then I do a Clean and then I go to each project under the server and do a redeploy.
The redploy does not do any progress, so I assume all is up-to-date.
However after I start the server the app does not work. I have to then do a re-deploy of the specific app and restart server to complete re-deployment.
What I want to see is a way to Force redploy a single app under that server. This should remove and redeploy.
Can we have something like that ?

We are unable to replicate your problem on WIndows and will now try on a system similar to yours, though this may take some time to set up. In the meantime, can you confirm that you are using MyEclipse Blue Edition?
I am using MyEclipse Blue 9.0 edition on Ubutnu 64 bit OS 11.04 version.
MyEclipse used is also 64 bit.

Could you give me a little more information, please, to help me set this up?
- Do you start and stop WAS externally to MyEclipse?
- What deployment mode are you using (as defined in the server preferences) and what deployment type?
- What kinds of applications are you deploying, WAR or EAR?
If you are deploying enterprise applications, you might be interested in a new deployment mode that is available in release 9.1, in-workspace deployment mode. In this mode, applications aren’t copied to a server location but are kept in the MyEclipse workspace, with all changes to code being reflected immediately when running the application.
Is this in-workspace deployment available for ME9.1 for Linux as well and especially ME Blue 9.1 for Linux 64 bit ?
