MyEclipse will generate these files for you, but if you still want to use XDoclet, right click on your project root, go to Properties. Then go to MyEclipse-XDoclet. Right click in the top box and click “Add Standard”, select the Hibernate doclet, and hit OK.

I believe you can now right click on your project, go to MyEclipse and select “Run XDOclet”, fi it fails check the error message and see if you need to fill out any values for the doclet that we added.
