    Hi!

I’ve been working on this problem for two days now and I followed all the leads I found (Even here) without any success.

When I try to reverse engineer a table from my MySQL database I get the following error :

«Generating artifacts (Time of error …)
    Reason : java.util.NoSuchElementException

Then I look in the log and I get

    !ENTRY org.eclipse.core.jobs 4 2 2008-09-17 17:25:15.786
!MESSAGE An internal error occurred during: “Generating Artifacts”.

What version of MySQL are you working with ? I would suggest you try out another version of MySQL as well. Does the problem persist?

    Hi !

I have the exact same problem…

I’m using MyEclipse 7.1.1 on vista with MySQL 5.0.67 and mysql-connector-java-5.1.7-bin.jar…

I installed the latest version of MySQL with the same result (V 5.1.11)

I had the problem also with MyEclipse 6.5 before I installed version 7.1.1

Do you have a solution for this ?

    Any insights will be appreciated…

    Best regards !

    Hello everyone !

I found the cause of my problem… My database was the source of the problem…

I first tested the project on a new database with only one table… It worked !

Then I copied a table from the old database to the one I just created and it work too…

So I made a copy of all the tables and deleted the old (and somehow corrupted) database. Then I recreated the database from scratch and copied the saved tables and it worked too…

I will have to redo my relations since I had to change all my tables from InnoDB to MyISAM in order to copy all my tables… Maybe I could just backup the tables and restore them in a new database but I might have copy the source of the problem in the process…

    Best regards !
