On page 183 or so some code appears right after the current code is highlighted in blue and I don’t understand if it was just created manually (typing it in) or was generated by some click or menu selection.
The new code inserted at the bottom starts with
<!– This form will post the submitted data to the AddVipdata Action Mapping –>

I know there is a similar question posted, but I have not seen or understood the answer provided.

I guess that I answered my own question. I found another answer posted in September which indicated that the code was just pasted it by the developer.
So please close this posting.

It was just pasted in for demo purposes (if he had tried to type that during the demo recording, I imagine it wouldn’t have gone over well ;).
