How to control popup delay time

    I also find the hovers extremely annoying because they get in the way all the time.

    One way for me to get rid of them was to change this option:
    General -> Editors -> Text Editors -> When mouse moved into hover to “Close Hover”

    This closes the hover faster and it’s the same behavior as in Eclipse 3.3.

    I just installed myeclipse 7.0 (WinXP) and I also have this extremely annoying problem. I absolutely agree with everything dafortin mentioned so far in this post. The popups are an important feature but with 0 delay they make programming almost impossible!
