Hi,
I have altered a app and when going to Google it shows the message:
”
Upload failed
You uploaded an APK that is signed with a different certificate to your previous APKs. You must use the same certificate. Your existing APKs are signed with the certificate(s) with fingerprint(s):
[ SHA1: ]
and the certificate(s) used to sign the APK you uploaded have fingerprint(s):
[ SHA1: ]
“How can I turn that to let me publish it?

You have to use the exact same signing certificates to do an update to an app. If not you have to create a new app in the store. I recently ran into this problem as well, very annoying.
Use MobiOne Android Build Wizard and follow the wizard through to the Digital Signature page. Enter your cert details on that page to use when building your app. See the mobione documentation here.
