I am certainly using the correct settings, and i am glad to know that i am not the only one having trouble.
Attached below my provisioning settings.
And I am using the same App ID, if I try to use a different one, the application Loader gives me an additional error, saying that I am using a different App ID I used before.

Hi Everyone
I can’t explain why but the update build in question has now uploaded to iTunes, I tried to upload it to get a screenshot of the error messages but obviously there were none. Could this possibly be an iTunes glitch? anyway, seems strange that suddenly it works. I have now successfully uploaded 5 apps and 2 are on “sale” as they like to call it even thought they are free and 3 pending. I had to try 2 or 3 times to get the .ipa files to upload but they all went eventually. I also have 3 on Google Play so it’s all looking good.

Same thing happened to me, after reading the message above i tried, AND IT WORKED, same file!
