My app is approx 3.1mb and eventually managed to do an IOS build.
ipa was download to my installed directory.
Tried installing the short url and it doesn’t download the entire application.
Tried using iTunes and Synch my device by dragging the ipa file and it doesn’t work.Any idea.

By “doesn’t download the entire application” what happens? Does the installation stop and leave an incomplete app icon? Does the iOS installation run to completion but no app icon is installed? Other?> Tried using iTunes and Synch my device by dragging the ipa file and it doesn’t work.
When an app builds but will not install on a specific iOS device this is usually an indicator that the wrong provision profile was used. Some things to check:
1) did you use an ad hoc distribution profile?
1a) if yes, does this distribution profile include the uuid of the device you are installing on
