I want to import an ionic project in myeclipse without changing the actual structure ,and I want to debug it with PhoneGapDebuger ? any solution ?

Here is the tutorial which outlines creation of mobile apps using the Ionic framework in MyEclipse :

I assume you are looking to work with GapDebug in MyEclipse. If yes then MyEclipse does not integrate with GapDebug. You should work with GapDebug directly.

If this is not what you are looking for, then please elaborate your requirements in detail.
