Brian FernandesModeratorshuko,
1) Could you please send us the entire log file? There are some additional details in that which would help us track this down.
2) What version of Windows are you on?
3) Does this result in an error dialog being shown repeatedly when you use the IDE? or is it only an error in the log? Does it keep occurring even after restart?
Thanks!
shukoParticipant@Brian Fernandes,
1) Please, find attached entire log.
2) Windows 10 Enterprise, Version 1511, OS Build 10586.839, 64 bit.
3) This dialog pops up twice after each start, the first time immediately after start, the second in a 2 minutes. It keeps occuring after restart.Attachments:

Brian FernandesModeratorshuko,
Thank you for the log file, it certainly helped.
The problem is most likely caused due to our plugins not having full write access to your workspace or the Eclipse installation. Both are actually unlikely in most installs, so it’s odd that you are experiencing issues.
I noticed that you are passing in a data argument in your eclipse.ini file, overriding the workspace directory – and the path to the workspace is also a bit odd. Do you have anything unusual around your workspace configuration – do you have full write access to this location?
Just as a test, could you try the following and see if the problem continues to occur?
1) Run Eclipse as an administrator.
2) Try a brand new workspace by using File > Switch Workspace and specifying a directory which does not yet exist, but which you have write access too.Sorry for the inconvenience caused and thanks for helping us track this down.
shukoParticipantThank you, Brian.
“Run Eclipse as an administrator” helps me!
support-swapnaModeratorShuko,
The issue is fixed in our latest CI release, 2017 CI 8. Please update to CI 8 from Help > Check for Updates and let us know if you are still seeing the error.
