I would like to know if we can install MyEclipse Version 10.0 Blue on a Microsoft Window Server 2008 R2.

Hi,

Yes, you can install MyEclipse 10.x on Windows Server 2008 R2 but
MyEclipse 10.x and prior releases are no longer fully supported. I strongly recommend you move to MyEclipse 2014, the latest stable release or the MyEclipse 2015 CI, continuous integration stream based on Eclipse Luna. We have come a long way in terms of Websphere support in our latest releases when compared to MyEclipse 10.0.
