Installed Eclipse JDT 3.1 (eclipse-JDT-3.1M4.zip) and it worked fine. I installed the MyEclispe (EnterpriseWorkbenchInstaller_030804_3.1Beta.exe) and it no longer recognizes .java files for the editor that came with the JDT feature. Is there any way to make both MyEclipse and the JDT to both work?

You need to install the Eclipse SDK… the Platform/JDT/RCP installs will not work.

I installed the SDK and then the MyEclipse Workbench and all worked fine.
