    Hi,

I keep getting an error msg of ‘java heap space’. I have deleted some content but still keep getting the message. Is there an way to obtain extra space?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers,
    Lauren

Yes, you can tweak the settings in the mobione.ini file (see below). It is located in the installation dir with the mobione.exe file.
    On Win7/Vista see c:\users\<your account>\AppData\Local\Mobione Studio
On XP see C:\Program Files\MobiOne Studio

JVM arguments are listed below the -vmargs flag and should be on a line by themselves. Also you can see the default max heap of 512mb. We have tuned this down to this setting to enable running on the majority of user machines.

    #utf8 (do not remove)
    -startup
    ../Common/plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.0.200.v20090520.jar
    --launcher.library
    ../Common/plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher.i18n.win32.win32.x86_4.2.0.v201201111650
    -install
    C:\Users\Wayne\AppData\Local\MobiOne Studio\MobiOne 2.0.1
    -vm
    C:\Users\Wayne\AppData\Local\MobiOne Studio\MobiOne 2.0.1\jre\bin\client\jvm.dll
    -configuration
    C:\Users\Wayne\AppData\Local\MobiOne Studio\MobiOne 2.0.1\configuration
    -vmargs
    -Xmx512m
    -XX:MaxPermSize=256m
    -Dosgi.instance.area.default=@user.home\.mobione\runtime
